Louise ~ a wonderful lady and friend who purchased my shop in Market Deeping in January 2011. My online store is still run by myself where you can continue to purchase my own and Nick Hubbard Designs.

Our online prices are generally the same as the Murano Silver store.
Occasionally you may find a lower "special offer" online if I am running a special promotion....
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return
anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product
provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Notification should
be made within 7 days of recieving the item. Returns should be
made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged
packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable
condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct
up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. We try
to ensure that the products are the same as our original pictures, but
as many of our items are handmade small differences can occur.
The simple way to return an online purchase
:
By Post
1. E-mail me to let me know you'll be returning the goods.
2. Re-package the item securely in it's original packaging.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office and send it off!
Returned goods are the senders responsibility we suggest
(for your own protection) you use special or recorded delivery.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Products we are unable to refund
or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to
measure items (e.g. handmade Tiaras). For reasons of hygiene and safety
, we cannot refund or exchange pierced jewellery products (e.g. earrings)
unless they are faulty.
