Pricing and Delivery
All our prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges.
Standard recorded delivery is currently free on all orders over £40 and £3.50 on orders under £40.
Our online prices are generally the same as our Murano Silver store. Occasionally you may find a lower
"special offer" price in the shop, or online if we running a special promotion....
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We try to ensure that the products are the same
as our original pictures, but as many of our items are handmade small differences can occur.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product
provided it is in fully resaleable condition.
Notification should be made within 7 days of recieving the item.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right
to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
There are 2 simple ways to return an item:
Direct to Murano Silver
1. If you are local enough to do so, return the goods within 7 days to our Market Deeping store
for an immediate Refund.
We also have a 30 day exchange policy if you bring the item, with its proof of purchase, back to our store.
By Post
1. Call or e-mail us to let us know you will be returning the goods.
2. Re-package the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office and send it off!
Returned goods are the senders responsibility we suggest
(for your own protection) you use special or recorded delivery.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to measure items (e.g. handmade Tiaras).
For reasons of hygiene and safety , we cannot refund or exchange pierced jewellery products (e.g. earrings)
unless they are faulty. |
